Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of commercial and marketing plans across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with approved strategies.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective candidates via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering promotional events, providing logistical and on-site coordination support.
  • Track, compile, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support evaluation of marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Support the development and maintenance of online promotional assets in line with program marketing plans, including HTML content, registration forms, webinars, and website updates.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain marketing documents, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Create, segment, and manage email distribution lists within the CRM based on defined targeting and segmentation criteria.
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to sales teams and program directors to help achieve commercial objectives.
  • Assist with benchmarking and competitive analysis by collecting and organizing data on market trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects by supporting timelines, deliverables, and communication among internal stakeholders.
  • Support the distribution, tracking, and follow-up of leads in collaboration with sales, admissions, and finance teams.
  • Coordinate admissions processes, supporting candidate applications, documentation, and progression through the enrollment cycle.
  • Assist with invoicing activities, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up of invoices in coordination with finance teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of lead, candidate, and financial data within CRM and internal systems.
