IESE Business School at the University of Navarra is currently accepting applications for a Research Assistant position starting in September 2025. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates holding a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, or related fields who are keen to pursue a research career in management and economics, with a special focus on innovation and environmental sustainability.
You will work under the supervision of Prof. Jieun Shin, whose research interest broadly encompasses empirical investigations into innovation, environmental sustainability, and management. Her ongoing projects explore how firms’ internal organization affects green innovation and pollution levels across the European Union, the United States, and Japan.
Key qualifications:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, or a related discipline.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
· Motivation to learn, with a strong work ethic.
· High proficiency in English.
· Familiarity with academic literature and experience conducting literature reviews.
· Competence in statistical software tools such as Python, R, and/or STATA.
· Previous experience with data collection and data cleaning processes is advantageous.
· Work-permit in Spain

Full-time position
1.830 euros / months before tax

September 2025 (or earlier)
End date
August 2026, with the possibility of extending.
