Job description

The mission of the Career Development Center is to partner with companies to help them find the best suitable talent for their organizations, and source job opportunities for our students. This involves proactively looking for opportunities that suits our talent and reaching out to companies to explain our talent pool and services.

We are looking for a sales-oriented university student willing to do an internship to support our business development team in Barcelona with administrative tasks.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job opportunities on our job board.
  • Follow up with recruiters who have posted job opportunities to confirm if offers have been extended to students.
  • Identify suitable job opportunities from intermittent and target accounts; proactively reach out to employers to confirm if they would like us to promote their vacancies.
  • Create and manage events using the Event Management platform (Campus Groups).
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and logistics of events such as networking sessions.
  • Clean, update, and maintain data within internal systems, including CRM platforms and other relevant databases.
  • Conduct online research to identify potential leads and contacts within target industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Use email, social media, and other online channels to reach out to prospects and introduce our student profiles or services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for our Employer Engagement team.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and results.

Requirements

Required qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
