Job description

Faculty assistants at IESE provide advanced administrative support for some Professors with a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Writing or preparing reports
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with students, participants and staff
  • Collating and filing expenses

Requirements

Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Office Manager studies.

Languages: English and Spanish proficiency level.

 Other Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital skills.
  • Client and service orientation.
  • Attention to detail: the candidate must have the necessary characteristics and style of working related to an academic environment.
